Return & Cancellation Policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations, purchases, bookings, events, and services provided by Aroma on Ford (“Aroma,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including transactions made through www.aromaonford.com.

By completing a reservation, purchase, or booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Policy

Due to the nature of food, beverage, and hospitality services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking or purchase.

Dining & In-Restaurant Purchases

  • Food and beverage purchases are non-refundable once prepared or served.

  • If there is an issue with your dining experience, we encourage you to notify a manager during your visit so we may address it promptly.

Reservations

Reservations may be canceled or modified subject to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

  • Certain reservations may require a credit card guarantee or deposit

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposits

  • Cancellation windows and fees will be disclosed during the reservation process

Aroma on Ford reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to operational needs, private events, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Events & Private Dining

Private dining and event bookings are subject to specific terms provided at the time of confirmation, which may include:

  • Deposits or prepayments

  • Minimum spend requirements

  • Signed agreements

  • Defined cancellation timelines

Deposits for events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation terms will be outlined in the event agreement.

Ticketed Experiences

Ticketed events or special experiences are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Aroma on Ford.

If an event is canceled by Aroma on Ford, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Cancellations by Aroma on Ford

In the event that Aroma on Ford must cancel a reservation, event, or experience due to unforeseen circumstances, any required refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

  • Aroma on Ford is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be effective upon posting to the Website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
